The Colombo airport arrivals layout
Bandaranaike International Airport has a single arrivals hall. After immigration you collect your bags, pass the duty-free shops and clear customs. The exit puts you directly in front of the public greeting area, where drivers stand behind a barrier holding name boards.
Look for the Ashi Travels board with your name. If you want a SIM card or to change money, the counters are before that exit — take your time, your driver waits.
Waiting time and delays
We include a generous free wait after landing, which covers normal immigration and baggage queues. Because we monitor the flight, a delayed or diverted arrival just shifts the pickup — you are not charged for time you did not use and you do not need to message us from the plane.
