Short version: we collect only what we need to answer your booking request and to understand whether our ads work. You can change your measurement choices at any time.
What we collect
- Booking details you type into our forms — name, phone number, optional email, travel dates, pickup/drop-off locations and notes. Used only to respond to your request and arrange your transport.
- Usage and click data — pages visited, buttons tapped (such as "Book Now"), approximate country, device type and how you found us. Used to improve the site and measure interest in our services.
- Ad measurement cookies — small identifiers that tell us whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads later sent a booking request.
Who receives your data
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) — receives usage and conversion data for measurement and ad optimisation. In regions that require consent, this data is sent only after you accept via the consent banner.
- WhatsApp — if you choose the WhatsApp booking option, your booking details open in WhatsApp and are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Your choices and how to withdraw
If you are in a region that requires consent (for example the EU or UK), ad measurement stays off until you accept in the banner. You can change your mind at any time — your new choice applies immediately and is remembered on this device:

How long we keep it
